The fourth card in the Major Arcana of the Tarot is The Emperor, and, to me, concerns earthly stability, nobility of character, a firm head on your shoulders, and the comfort of knowing your own mind. Thus The Emperor hat was born. Hand knit with a rib pattern reminiscent of the tines of a crown in the softest combination of merino wool and baby alpaca.
70% merino wool, 30% baby alpaca
Three colors: natural undyed, black, and lupin (see last photo for color swatches)
Size small / medium measures 11" long uncuffed; brim measures 13" around laid flat. Will stretch to fit head sizes up to 26" around.
Size medium / large measures 11.5" long uncuffed; brim measures 15" around laid flat. Will stretch to fit head sizes up to 30" around.
Hand wash in cool water using gentle detergent (no rinse wool wash recommended). Roll in a towel to remove excess water (do not wring out) and lay flat to dry.
