REFUNDS + Exchanges
Due to the bespoke nature of our products we do not accept returns or issue refunds unless an item is defective upon receipt. Any returns to be made must be arranged with us, and all items must be returned in new, unworn condition.
Exchanges are given on an individual basis, please contact Angela to discuss the possibility of an exchange. Shipping costs to and from the buyer for any exchanges are the sole responsibly of the buyer. Shop credit can be offered if an item needs to be exchanged. Buyer must make contact prior to sending an item back, and item(s) must be returned in new, unworn condition. Items must be returned via USPS, and buyer must provide proof of shipping via email.
