Payment

Morph Knitwear accepts payment via major credit cards only. If you prefer to check out with PayPal  we are happy to accommodate via email.
Payment is expected at the time of purchase, please note orders are not started until payment is complete.

 

Shipping

DOMESTIC
All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Shipping includes a tracking ID. If you wish to purchase extra insurance or upgrade shipping please send us a message at the time of your purchase. Morph Knitwear is not responsible for lost or stolen mail.

USPS Priority Mail delivery is generally between 3-5 days from date of shipment. Please note that we are unable to fully guarantee the arrival date of any shipment- the USPS dates are only guidelines.

INTERNATIONAL

International orders are shipped via USPS International Priority Mail. The cost of shipping does not include insurance. If you wish to purchase insurance please contact us at time of purchase. Morph Knitwear is not responsible for lost or stolen mail.

Import duties, taxes or other charges are NOT included in the price of the product or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. You should check with your country’s customs office to determine these additional costs prior to buying.

Morph Knitwear does not, under any circumstances, under-value products or claim ‘gift’ on custom forms- it is illegal for us to do so. 

International orders generally take 7-14 business days for delivery  from date of shipment (though time may be longer depending upon distance/customs). Please note that we are unable to fully guarantee the arrival date of any shipment- the USPS dates are only guidelines.

MORPH KNITWEAR WILL NOT ISSUE REFUNDS FOR LOST ITEMS UNLESS SHIPPING INSURANCE HAS BEEN PURCHASED. Again, please contact us at time of purchase to do so.

 

Refunds and Exchanges

No refunds, unless item is defective.
Exchanges given on individual basis, please contact Angela to discuss the possibility of an exchange. Shipping costs to and from the buyer for any exchanges are the responsibly of the buyer. Shop credit can be offered if an item needs to be exchanged. Buyer must make contact prior to sending an item back. Items must be returned via USPS, and buyer must provide proof of shipping via email.
